When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living.”—Tecumseh, Native American Leader   In the New Testament, I John 1:5 reads “…that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.”..”In the Scriptures God is often likened to light, which symbolizes truth and understanding….it is the inner light which reveals the secrets of nature and discloses the things which cannot be seen by the eye.” New Testament Commentary by George M. Lamsa, B.A., F.R.S.A. (J. J. Holman Co,. Philadelphia, 1945)

LIGHT … I am Light! Contemplate> I am the Light of the world. I understand that my attitude toward others governs the brightness of my Light. My aura changes along with my attitude… a reaction within my reality. I will shine a bright Light as I walk my spiritual path with an awareness of my mission. I will see the same Light in everyone and know this Light makes us One in truth…as One in Spirit.
